Must visit

Royal Army Museum

The Royal Military Museum has approximately 100,000 collection items (documents, uniforms, weapons, models...) and is therefore one of the largest military museums in the world. You will be introduced to the department of old weapons and armor from the Middle Ages, a beautiful collection about Napoleon and the French Empire, and a department about the Belgian army from 1831 to 1914, including display cases dedicated to Kings Leopold I and Leopold II. You will also learn more about the technical evolution of armaments (until the middle of the 20th century), about the First and Second World Wars (uniforms, equipment) as well as tanks and ships.

The museum's aviation department includes a wide range of approximately 80 aircraft. There are educational modules for all ages, in addition to a documentation center for the general public. From the triumphal arch you have a beautiful panorama, and there are also temporary exhibitions on various topics to visit.

He buys entire carcasses, cuts and bones everything in his own workshop, after which the finished product ends up in the counter. “My clients appreciate this way of working,” says Peter. “I want to go back to the purity of the craft; no rubbish here, just top quality. ”
