Rubens House
In the heart of Antwerp is the Rubens House, the home of Peter Paul Rubens, the world-famous Baroque painter from the 16th and 17th centuries. For four hundred years, he and his work have been a source of inspiration and a reference. And most of his work originated in this house. Rubens was a fan of Rafael, the Italian painter. So it won't surprise you that in 1610, just like his example, Rubens designed his own city palace, near the Meir, which has always been a coveted part of the city. In this house Rubens created his masterpieces, his children played in the garden and received his high, noble and even royal guests. In the meantime, the paintings were busy working in the studio. At his peak, Rubens could not handle all the work alone and led a team of professional artists.

De Peerdestal
The Peerdestal has been a household name in Antwerp for over 47 years. In the 27 years that chef Mike Vlasman has been at the stove here, the restaurant has evolved considerably. Initially you could only go here for horse steak or chicken on a spit, but in the meantime you can also go here for a six-week matured Basque txogitxu sirloin steak or simment hall.
Renaissance
Renaissance is a stylish restaurant serving traditional Italian cuisine. The interior of the restaurant is very remarkable and designed by Glenn Sestig. He worked with materials of wood and white marble, making it one of the most stylish restaurants in Antwerp. Outside a beautiful interior, everything is prepared with fresh products and served with extraordinary Italian hospitality.
Zao Wang
A thousand years ago in Japan, fish was kept in vats of fermented rice. Literally, sushi means 'marinated rice'. This is how the classic Japanese sushi was born, a ball of rice topped with a slice of raw fish. At Zaowang sushi means much more.
