Kojin Salmon Smokers
Our salmon is farmed with the utmost care in the crystal-clear waters of Norway. Its unique, pure DNA ensures firmness, a beautiful color, and a delicious flavor. We choose to salt our salmon by hand, smoke it traditionally using pure, clean beechwood, and slice it by hand. After smoking our salmon fillets, we give them time to mature and further develop their unique flavor.
