Brecht Van Poucke started 10 years ago, together with his wife Liesbet, with his own business after training in Ter Groene Poorte (Bruges), work experience at Lucas, Mahieu and the restaurant De Karmeliet (Bruges). The couple's aim is to be a bakery-pastry shop for everyone with a daily offering of dozens of breads, viennoiserie, biscuits and pies.
