Eetboetiek
From the café and hair salon of grandparents Catharina and George Herrel to the mussel restaurant of parents Ans and Ronnie Herman. The mussel restaurant grew into a 3-star restaurant by brother Sergio Herman and eventually De Eetboutique by Michel Herman and Sarine Oosterbaan, a combination of catering and lifestyle under one roof.
