Our vineyard in Opwijk is situated on a gentle south-north oriented slope. The first vines were planted in 2009. Two years later, we successfully completed the viticulturist-winemaker training at Syntra Leuven. In 2014, the first bottles of Johanniter were bottled, and this wine was also recognized as a Flemish Country Wine by the Flemish Recognition Commission. In the meantime, the vineyard has been further expanded to an area of 1 hectare, with three other grape varieties: Pinot Gris, Cabernet Dorsa, and Merlot. In the future, we will be able to offer white, red, and rosé wine.
