We are 'Sans Cravate' ourselves, from renovating the building to choosing the tastiest products, everything is done with the same passion and precision. And the name says it all, our guests should feel at home and relaxed. Sometimes you have to jump. That's what we did, Henk and Veronique, with Sans Cravate, La Suite and a Bar à Vins. Our catering establishments in Bruges came about without a plan. They are all the result of an unbridled passion for good food and the desire to let you enjoy beautiful things.
