Maurice can be compared to coming home. Chef Karl Ave and hostess Kaatje De Blick ensure correct service and classic, surprising cuisine. Karl's kitchen focuses on seasonal ingredients and some regional products. On the menu we find both some classics and slightly more creative preparations.
