Filliers Distillery
Aside from its beautiful rural setting, Filliers Distillery today reveals little evidence of its origins as an agricultural distillery. It is now one of the last warm, family-run distilleries in Belgium, where knowledge and passion are passed down from generation to generation.
Everything happens on this site, from pumping its own spring water, grinding grains, creating fine fruit and herbal distillates, up to fermentation and distillation, ageing, etc.
The distillery has been able te refine the essence of craftsmanship over six generations, so that tradition & contemporary technology now go hand in hand and provide new inspiration.
