The story of De Fakkels began in the capital of Haspengouw, where it became an established name in Limburg under the leadership of Paul-Luc and Nicole. With more than 30 years of experience, Paul-Luc spoils his guests with modern flavors within classic cuisine. For wife Nicole, the guests are central. She makes every dish come into its own with the right wine. Together they strive to combine professionalism and a homely atmosphere. After 33 years, Nicole and Paul-Luc passed the torch to Seppe and his wife Liese.
