Charcuterie Roosdaal has been established in the Pajottenland since 1966; for centuries, this region has been known for its delicious charcuterie. The business is run with passion by ham masters Jan and Jimmy Schadron. This is one of the last remaining authentic smokehouses where the hams are salted by hand. All our products are handcrafted using the finest ingredients. The charcuterie is dry-salted and undergoes natural maturation, giving it its typical flavor. Thanks to our years of experience, we guarantee the highest quality!
