Behind Brasserie Eetage stand Thierry & Jolien, a passionate couple with a great love for cooking, hospitality, and convivial gatherings. With over 18 years of combined experience in various restaurants in Deinze and Ghent, they decided to make their dream come true and create their own place where everyone feels welcome. At Brasserie Eetage, everything revolves around enjoyment in a warm and relaxed atmosphere. Using fresh ingredients, a personal approach, and great enthusiasm, Thierry and Jolien serve dishes prepared with care and passion. Their goal is simple: to let guests relax, bring them together around the table, and let them enjoy honest flavors and genuine hospitality.
