For the better bread, patisserie and real flavors you can go to the center of Zottegem for 15 years. The baker and owner, Wim Goossens, harks back to the traditional traditions of baking bread. For example, he puts a strong focus on classic sourdough breads. Ten different types of sourdough breads are baked here with the help of live yeast grown in-house.
