Job description

Function

  • You are the face of our branch in Antwerp, point of contact for our customers and external relations.
  • You are responsible for managing the inspiration and collection area accessible to customers, as well as the logistics delivery.
  • You ensure an optimal level of service to our customers.
  • You are responsible for drawing up the annual action plan in order to achieve the objectives in the field of turnover and cost control.
  • You discuss and report the proposed KPIs with the various departments on a monthly basis.
  • As a born leader, you motivate and coach all employees of the branch and you conduct objectives and progress interviews, this in collaboration with your management team.
  • Your attitude and attitude are contagious, leading by example is your moto.
  • With your drive and enthusiasm you create a good atmosphere in the location, both for your team and for our customers.
  • You are responsible for general order, tidiness and safety in the establishment and compliance with the applicable instructions .
  • Management at walking around ensures that you stay informed of everything that goes on within your establishment.
  • As a true Burgundian you keep yourself informed of new developments within the catering and food sector in the Antwerp region and/or you have good contacts within the Antwerp catering network.
  • You report to the Operations Manager Sligro-ISPC.

PROFILE

Profile

  • You have a master's level of work and thinking and at least several years of experience in a similar role.
  • You are a very good people manager with strong leadership qualities, which allows you to monitor, adjust and further develop your team.
  • You have a hands-on and customer-oriented approach and knowledge of the HACCP and ISO standards.
  • You have a great sense of responsibility and an entrepreneurial spirit .
  • You have the necessary persuasiveness to get our employees and customers involved in the

Sligro-ISPC story.
You have the necessary flexibility to work in an environment in continuous movement, with room for participation and where ideas and initiative for improvement are more than welcome.

  • Finally, you are a real 'food lover' and you have a strong affinity with the Horeca.
  • Additional assets : knowledge of SAP, experience in a logistics environment.
