Tasks
- As a Host/Hostess, you take care of the operational running.
of the Fine Dining restaurant. - You are the manager's assistant.
- You lead the hall team and are also operational on the hall floor yourself.
- You – together with your team – are responsible for the restaurant's back office and the mise-en-place.
- You fully commit to providing our guests with an exceptional experience.
- It is a challenging and demanding position that requires skills such as
hospitality service, organization, communication and sales skills.

- Experience in service, preferably in the higher segment
- dynamic and driven
- cherishes the concept of hospitality
- passion for gastronomy
- fluent in the Dutch language
- naturally attentive & friendly
- eager to learn, flexible and ambitious
- stress-resistant and disciplined

Job-related competences
