We are looking for a Chef de Rang with the ambition to advance to Sous-Maître. If you enjoy working at a high level but feel most at home in a warm, relaxed, and personal atmosphere, we would love to get to know you. You will be working in a Michelin-starred restaurant where quality and hospitality go hand in hand.
In the role of Chef de Rang / Sous-Maître in training, you support the Maître in managing the service team and contribute to a service where every guest experiences a carefree culinary evening. You present our refined dishes and wines in a spontaneous and personal manner and enjoy sharing your knowledge and enthusiasm. Additionally, we offer you the opportunity to delve deeper into, for example, wines or cheeses, depending on where your interests and talents lie. We encourage you to develop your own specialization in this area and actively share it with our guests.
Our service is not stiff and does not have to follow fixed rules; it is precisely your personality and unique style that make the difference. Authenticity is paramount to us, both towards our guests and within the team. You work in a young and enthusiastic team, enjoy rolling up your sleeves, and are hospitable, friendly, flexible, and stress-resistant. You enjoy working in the hospitality industry, possess an MBO (intermediate vocational education) working and thinking level, and have the ambition to grow within the profession.
PROFILE
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with a genuine passion for food and drink who enjoys sharing it with our guests. You are a natural host and know exactly what it takes to make people feel welcome and at ease, in your own authentic way. Years of experience are not required; what is more important is that you fit the DNA and core values of our team. We are happy to invest in someone who wants to learn the trade or deepen their knowledge. You treat our guests the way you would like to be treated yourself: warmly, personally, and with care. That family feeling is central to us.
Job-related competences
We offer a 4-day work week. Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday are fixed closing days, ensuring a good work-life balance. Additionally, we have a number of fixed holidays and offer opportunities to grow within the team and further develop yourself.
