We are looking for a Chef de Partie to strengthen our team. If you enjoy working at a high level but feel most at home in a warm, relaxed, and personal atmosphere, we would love to get to know you. You will be working in a Michelin-starred restaurant where quality and hospitality go hand in hand.
As a Chef de Partie, you will be working in Maastricht, in the atmospheric Jekerkwartier. Our restaurant is located in a beautiful monumental building on the Ezelmarkt. We work with great ambition and see this as an important foundation for success. In the kitchen, you will work alongside a young and fresh team, with an emphasis on classic techniques and flavors. It is precisely this combination that creates a unique and inspiring dynamic in the kitchen.
We are looking for someone to strengthen our kitchen team who enjoys surprising guests with refined culinary creations. You like to roll up your sleeves, are stress-resistant, flexible, and enjoy working together in a close-knit team. You enjoy working in the hospitality industry, possess an MBO (intermediate vocational education) working and thinking level, and are available within our 4-day work week.
PROFILE
Who are we looking for?
Are you currently following a culinary course or have you recently completed one? Do you have a sense of responsibility, perseverance, and a creative mindset, and are you flexible in your work? Then we would love to get to know you. Years of experience are not a requirement; what is more important is that you fit the DNA and core values of our team. We enjoy investing in motivated chefs who want to develop further and get the best out of themselves. The cordial, warm, and family-like feeling we convey to our guests is also reflected in the way we work together.
Job-related competences
We offer a 4-day work week. Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday are fixed closing days, ensuring a good work-life balance. Additionally, we have a number of fixed holidays and offer opportunities to grow within the team and further develop yourself.
