Job description
You ensure that the guests have the time of their lives in our high-end sushi & oriental restaurant.
- - You are constantly attentive to the needs of the guest, nothing is too much to ask as the first point of contact;
- - You manage a team of waiters, bar staff and hosts;
- - You check and ensure the smooth running of the service, you and your team provide the WOW effect
- - You coordinate and take care of the preparation and furnishing of the restaurant;
- - You communicate with other departments;
- - You make changes to the menu in the cash register system;
- - You think along and provide input about the menu, drinks and wine list;
- - You are responsible for the training and reception of restaurant employees;
- - You conduct evaluation interviews in collaboration with F&B manager;
- - You are present at the monthly F&B meeting;
- - You know and respect the safety, quality and hygiene standards (HACCP)
PROFILE

- - You already have experience as a supervisor and you have a great passion for hospitality;
- - You learned the tricks of the trade in the hotel school;
- - You have a natural flair and enthusiasm that is contagious on the guests and your colleagues;
- - You are proactive, service-minded and have a strong sense of responsibility;
- - You have strong organizational skills and you work very accurately and with an eye for detail;
- - You have good communication skills and a well-groomed professional appearance;
- - You speak Dutch and English fluently, any additional language is a plus.
