Tasks

• As a Host/Hostess, you take care of the operational running.
  of the Fine Dining restaurant.
• You are the manager's assistant.
• You lead the hall team and are also operational on the hall floor yourself.
• You – together with your team – are responsible for the restaurant's back office and the mise-en-place.
• You fully commit to providing our guests with an exceptional experience.
• It is a challenging and demanding position that requires skills such as
  hospitality service, organization, communication and sales skills.

• Experience in service, preferably in the higher segment
• dynamic and driven
• cherishes the concept of hospitality
• passion for gastronomy
• fluent in the Dutch language
• naturally attentive & friendly
• eager to learn, flexible and ambitious
• stress-resistant and disciplined
• 'Power & drive' characterize your personality

Monday & Tuesday are rest days • possibly 4/7
