PROFILE
• You have at least 2+ years of experience as a sushi waitress in a dynamic environment.
• You have extensive knowledge of sushi rice, fish selection, knife skills and traditional techniques.
• You stay cool under pressure and perform optimally during busy moments.
• You are a team player who values clear communication in a family atmosphere.
• You are fluent in English: our working language for safety and optimal cooperation.
