Zeebrugge
With the second largest port in the country among its ranks, Zeebrugge is known worldwide. Not bad for a municipality with just over 4,000 inhabitants. A visit to the harbor is worthwhile in itself, but there is more to see in Zeebrugge. The former Palace Hotel in the Strandwijk, for example, is very impressive with its stately appearance. De Vismijn increases the appetite for fresh fish exponentially. If you want to get even more in touch with our North Sea, you should definitely visit the maritime theme park Seafront. The location alone – the park is located on an old Russian Foxtrot submarine – makes it worthwhile.
