Waregem
Between the Leie and the Scheldt you will find Waregem, a West Flemish city that has managed to retain its charms despite its highly industrialized character. A collection of beautiful historic buildings in the city center certainly has something to do with that. Ranging from beautiful churches to charming castles to Villa Gaverzicht (a modernist villa from 1937): there is an impressive relic from all times.
